Welcome to the Core Pilates Studio, Lichfield.

The Core Pilates Studio, located in Lichfield City centre was established in 2007 ,by Stephanie Lloyd, with a goal to offer the highest standards in Pilates tuition. 

The studio, having now moved into its own spacious premesis provides excellent standards of teaching in a fully equipped studio with underfloor heating.

Stephanie is a recognised and affiliated teacher with the Pilates Foundation. Her Mat and equipment classes focus on strength, stability, mobility, balance and control. Classes have a maximum of 10/12 clients in a mat session and 5 in an equipment session, enabling each client to receive individual cues, hands on adjustment and to gain the maximum benefit out of each session.

Even though classes are designed to incorporate movements that will benefit the entire class, each client will treated as an individual, have a unique connection with the teacher enables them to ask for further information, learn more about anatomy, physiology and pathology throughout the classes and be part of a unique class atmosphere.

Private 1:2:1 Sessions are also available which provides the opportunity to have a tailored made
programme specifically around your concerns and goals. This is especially useful if you are
returning from injury or surgery or have specific back, shoulder hip or knee issues.
